• The CRM team at RD Station is dedicated to ensuring that our communication with customers is pertinent, timely, and based on trustworthy data.
• As a CRM Operations Specialist, you will serve as the technical and operational reference for the team, linking data, tools, and processes to maintain a scalable, efficient, and results-driven operation.
• Your primary challenge will be to enhance the maturity of the operation, innovate the application of data and AI in CRM, and ensure that our customer base is a well-managed strategic asset.
• Technical Seniority: Extensive experience in CRM Operations or Marketing Operations, particularly in the marketing 'backend' domains (data and processes).
• Data Culture: Profound experience in data governance, maintaining database quality, and applying segmentation logic.
• AI Mindset: Hands-on (not merely theoretical) experience with AI tools that enhance operational efficiency and facilitate large-scale personalization.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with automation platforms (such as RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and a comprehension of the wider ecosystem (APIs, Webhooks, low-code solutions).
• Behavioral: Strong autonomy (a proactive "jumps in and gets to work" mindset), critical thinking to challenge existing processes, and exceptional communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
