This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create APIs utilizing Node.js, Postgres, and/or MongoDB.

• Oversee the performance and health of our applications.

• Contribute to enhancements in architecture.

• Aid in the identification and mitigation of technical debt.

• Suggest innovative ideas and reusable architectural strategies.

• Spot areas for improvement in our code and system designs.

• Engage in the strategic direction within the engineering team.

• Mentor colleagues and support their professional growth and career advancement.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and enhancements in our databases and APIs.

• Act as a resource for best practices in the development of our systems and applications.

• Ensure our components adhere to robust code design principles.

• Maintain a sound level of coupling in our services.

• Guarantee that modifications do not compromise the quality and integrity of our services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a technology professional.

• Background in developing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases.

• Knowledge of system architecture and design.

• Experience in software testing.

• Regular practice of refactoring.

• Proficient in Node.js.

• Experience with databases.

• Knowledge of Postgres (PostgreSQL).

• Proficient in C++.

• At least 3 years of experience as a technology professional.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing Node.js applications.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience with DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of Redis.

• Experience with Elasticsearch.
