Commercial Intern, CRM – Afternoon Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging with and reaching out to families;

• Handling leads efficiently;

• Conducting commercial follow-ups;

• Coordinating evaluation schedules;

• Reconnecting with former patients;

• Aiding in the conversion of new patients;

• Organizing and maintaining the CRM;

• Assisting with clinic schedule occupancy, particularly during mornings and Saturdays.

• Currently pursuing a university degree;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Basic proficiency in computer usage;

• Ability to work remotely (home office);

• Must possess a desktop or laptop with internet access to carry out tasks;

• Willingness to work the afternoon shift.
