Senior CRM, Lifestyle Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take full end-to-end responsibility for the player journey following acquisition.

• You will design and manage data-driven multi-channel campaigns via push notifications, email, and in-app messaging.

• You will establish the fundamental lifecycle program from the ground up.

• You will optimize daily lifecycle campaigns through push notifications, email, and in-app messaging using CleverTap.

• You will develop behavior- and lifecycle-based segmentation and targeting logic to ensure the right message is delivered at the right time.

• You will analyze retention curves, cohorts, engagement, churn, and LTV, creating appropriate dashboards in collaboration with the data team.

• You will work closely and interdisciplinary with teams from marketing, user acquisition, social media, data, and product.

• You will ensure that all relevant compliance requirements are met.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of substantial practical experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a B2C app or consumer product environment.

• In-depth, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, MoEngage).

• Proven experience in cross-channel mobile communication through push notifications, email, and in-app messaging.

• Strong knowledge in behavior-based segmentation as well as end-to-end development and rollout of multi-step, automated customer journeys.

• Practical experience in designing, evaluating, and iteratively optimizing A/B tests and experiments.

• Proficient use of product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).

• Strong understanding of relevant mobile lifecycle KPIs such as churn, LTV, DAU/MAU, and retention rates.

• Fluent German language skills (native level) as well as very good English skills for daily team collaboration.
