This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations within the Copilot Service Workspace.
• Implement and set up the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications.
• Create frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Work with Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment.
• Ensure the performance, usability, and maintainability of the implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Practical experience with Copilot Service Workspace.
• Practical experience with Channel Integration Framework (CIF).
• Practical experience with Microsoft APM SDK.
• Strong experience in JavaScript development within Dynamics environments.
• Ability to work on embedded/integrated applications within Dynamics (container-focused approach).
• Desired experience with TypeScript.
• Experience building custom UI integrations within D365.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications.
