This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Handle all incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and completing applications through phone, text, or email.
• Forward emails to the appropriate departments as necessary to resolve any customer complaints.
• Adhere to Legal and Compliance requirements when processing applications.
• Record all account details, contact information, and activity into various systems.
• Oversee inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, and/or text with customers to complete applications.
• Ensure that communications are directed to the correct departments when a customer's request exceeds your assistance capabilities.
• A High School diploma is mandatory.
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Background in inside phone sales, telemarketing, quality assurance, or customer service within auto finance companies or car dealerships is advantageous.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Capable of presenting information effectively to customers, clients, and various levels of management.
• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to execute detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
• Competence in handling problems that involve concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong critical thinking abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in toggling between applications on a dual monitor setup.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
• A high level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity is essential.
• Must possess the ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
