This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of accounts and renewals within a designated territory.
• Create and implement effective customer success and value enhancement strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and negotiate advantageous renewal agreements.
• Perform regular business reviews with customers to confirm they are utilizing the product and gaining value from it.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalation issues.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to formulate growth and risk management strategies for key accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in quota-carrying positions with a successful track record of achieving key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with deal negotiation processes and a successful history in navigating these cycles as a trusted advisor.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation with a record of driving contracts to timely completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce.
