Senior Credential Evaluator, International Undergraduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Evaluate admission applications and perform transfer credit assessments.

• Analyze and verify international academic records.

• Conduct course-by-course evaluations, including the conversion of credits to U.S. semester units.

• Investigate international educational systems and maintain relevant documentation.

• Review immigration-related documents to assess eligibility for I-20 issuance.

• Collaborate with admissions counselors to achieve enrollment objectives.

• Utilize enterprise systems to manage applicant records and facilitate processing workflows.

• Oversee international student immigration documentation and processing.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma and three years (3) of experience relevant to the area of assignment/field; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or training that has provided comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Experience in evaluating international academic credentials and applying established credential evaluation methodologies.

• Knowledge of international education systems, grading scales, and institutional recognition.

• Familiarity with federal regulations concerning international students (SEVIS, F-1 visa requirements).

• Experience with admissions policies, procedures, and enrollment management practices.

• Strong analytical and research abilities; capable of interpreting intricate academic records.

• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail in high-volume environments.

• Familiarity with systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SUNAPSIS, SEVIS, or similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data management tools.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
