Senior Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing performance advertisements that drive revenue growth for clients by:

• Leveraging data, research, and creative insights to devise effective creative strategies.

• Analyzing data within platforms such as Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.

• Conducting consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools and resources.

• Collaborating with Post-Production, Production teams, and your Creative Strategy Lead to create videos.

• Composing scripts and copy for video content, static image ads, and email campaigns.

• Ensuring that visuals align with the creative strategy defined for the advertisement.

• Providing feedback that is consistent with the creative strategy of the advertisement.

• Implementing feedback received from your Creative Strategy Lead.

• Analyzing the outcomes of creative tests and using this analysis for future iterations.

• Under the guidance of your Creative Strategy Lead, being accountable for weekly strategic account planning.

• Identifying high-performing concepts within accounts through data and creative analysis.

• Recognizing effective concepts and trends within the social media landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in paid social or direct response (work/writing samples are highly valued).

• Ability to learn from training and examples, and quickly apply new skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• A solid understanding of social media, being a frequent user of at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, and/or experience with other advertising platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

• Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment while adapting to changing industry trends and best practices.
