Senior Creative Environmental Designer 3D – Event Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Bring innovative ideas to fruition by creating exceptional 3D designs for events, conferences, activations, and immersive environments.

• Transform creative concepts into reality through meticulous spatial layouts and impactful 3D visualizations.

• Lead the creative vision for event spaces during pitches, client presentations, and international projects.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of talented professionals, including experience designers, graphic designers, motion designers, copywriters, and technical teams to develop cohesive experiences.

• Develop and communicate ideas through sketches, mood boards, 3D models, and engaging presentations that resonate.

• Ensure alignment from overarching vision to practical execution, balancing creativity, strategy, and feasibility while guiding external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in 3D event design within a creative event agency.

• A strong creative vision with distinct flair and a proven track record of transforming ideas into standout designs.

• Advanced proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V Ray, Cinema 4D, or comparable tools.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas with impact, both internally and to senior clients.

• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

• A strategic mindset with a solid understanding of client contexts and needs.

• Capability to balance storytelling, aesthetics, and spatial limitations while maintaining the essence of creativity.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (no scrambled oeufs at egg, svp!).

• A natural curiosity, a sense of ownership, and a collaborative spirit that inspires those around you.

• Fluency in French is advantageous (Nice to have).

• Previous experience in the experiential event industry is a significant asset (Nice to have).
