Senior Creative Designer, Paid Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creation of creatives (Static, Video, and Animations) for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Development of creative concepts in collaboration with the strategy team to stand out from the crowd.

• Continuous exploration of current trends and incorporation of personal creative ideas.

• Responsibility for individual project work within a defined scope and the development of quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in creative production for paid social (Static, Video, Animation) on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Experience in guiding, coaching, or mentoring designers.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Strong quality awareness and the ability to actively enhance standards.

• Independent and responsible working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.

• Clear communication at eye level - in feedback and reporting.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
