This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Develop and implement Crunchafi’s content strategy across various channels including web, email, social media, and PR to enhance visibility, generate leads, and foster engagement.
• Plan, write, and refine high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, press releases, bylines, one-pagers, and website copy.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry trends.
• Execute SEO strategies, perform keyword research, optimize existing content, and monitor performance metrics to enhance organic search rankings.
• Collaborate on sales enablement and customer onboarding content, creating and managing tools that assist sales teams in educating and converting prospects (e.g., pitch decks, sales materials, ROI calculators, etc.).
• Oversee Crunchafi’s content library, ensuring that materials are current, on-brand, and readily accessible to internal teams.
• Manage Crunchafi’s social media presence, creating posts that enhance our voice and boost engagement across LinkedIn and other vital channels.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure consistency in content and alignment with business objectives.
• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or accounting/financial technology organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving SEO growth through effective content planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong expertise in sales enablement content and a solid understanding of the buyer’s journey.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, capable of translating complex technical subjects into clear and engaging messages.
• Extensive experience with creative and publishing tools such as InDesign, Figma, or Canva (preferred).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferred).
• Highly organized self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to link content initiatives to measurable business results.
• Experience working with CPA firms, accounting software, or fintech audiences.
