This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Developing and disseminating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Analyzing platform trends and converting them into engaging video ideas that yield results.
• Consistent evaluation of account metrics, content schedules, and engagement statistics.
• Engaging with the audience: addressing comments and monitoring their feedback.
• Working in collaboration with the department head to ensure alignment in content and strategy.
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports and conducting alignment meetings with the team lead.

• Familiarity with the algorithms of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Practical experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of social media policies, format specifics, and audience behaviors on each platform.
• Experience with TikTok: editing, trends, captions/headlines, and organic growth strategies.
• An analytical mindset — combining creativity with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure, along with creativity and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian.
• Experience in viral or influencer marketing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UGC (user-generated content) trends and the creator economy is a plus.
• Capability to quickly create and scale content is an added benefit.
• Previous involvement in affiliate marketing, gaming, or the entertainment sector is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication abilities (English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher is preferable).
