This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main content creator for the brand, overseeing the entire process of written, video, and creative content from initial concept to final delivery, including scripting, production, editing, and publication.

• Assist in producing written content for various platforms, including digital articles, email campaigns, social media posts, and print materials, ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and strategic relevance.

• Formulate and implement content strategies that resonate with target personas, industries, and communities, while remaining closely aligned with Brand Marketing objectives.

• Craft engaging content specifically designed for senior B2B buyers and manage paid collaborations with third-party influencers.

• Develop and oversee our proprietary podcast, along with placements with third-party entities.

• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and any future platforms, adjusting format, tone, and rhythm for each channel.

• Work in tandem with the broader Marketing team to ensure content is integrated across events, paid, organic, and owned channels.

• Adopt a test-and-learn approach, consistently analyzing content performance, deriving insights, and allowing data to inform your strategies.

• Leverage AI-driven marketing tools and cutting-edge technologies to enhance content creation, reporting, and campaign performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing position, with a portfolio that showcases multi-channel work.

• Strong writing skills across various formats: social media captions, email text, digital articles, and print, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.

• Proficient in different channels: you understand what content performs well on LinkedIn compared to YouTube, TikTok, email, blogs, and video versus reports, and can adapt format, tone, and pace accordingly.

• Familiarity with creative tools such as Claude and Figma, or similar, enabling you to conceptualize and execute designs without relying heavily on external resources for every asset.

• Comfortable with data: you analyze platform analytics, conduct A/B testing on thumbnails, copy, and CTAs, and interpret engagement and reach metrics to enhance content decisions.

• Practical experience with AI tools for content ideation, production efficiency, or personalization workflows.
