📋 Description

• Oversee the complete creative process for digital campaigns, product marketing, social media, and branding from initial concept to final execution.

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for product highlights, landing pages, social media advertisements, and email marketing.

• Design and develop assets for a variety of channels and formats, including social media, paid advertising, presentations, and event materials.

• Animate Atomi's brand through motion, bringing product narratives, feature launches, and campaign content to life for students, teachers, and parents.

• Maintain brand consistency and visual excellence across all digital and social platforms.

• Serve as an internal creative advocate, assisting partner teams in recognizing the importance of innovative ideas, well-crafted design, and brand-aligned implementation.

• Assess and incorporate AI-driven creative tools to enhance production efficiency without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing comprehensive creative work in branding and marketing, with a focus on motion and animation. A portfolio submission is essential for consideration.

• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software. We utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and various other tools, prioritizing the quality of your output and your adaptability to new tools over any specific software experience.

• Demonstrated experience in producing motion graphics, animations, and video content, including product and explainer videos.

• Exceptional visual design skills in layout, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen attention to detail and consistency.

• Previous experience in a SaaS, technology, or digital-focused environment, with an understanding of how design integrates into a product-led brand.

• Strong instincts in art direction, with the confidence to support creative choices and communicate them effectively and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication abilities, allowing you to articulate your process, give and receive constructive feedback, and collaborate successfully in a remote team setting.

• Comfort with uncertainty and the capacity to work independently, managing projects from inception to completion.

• Familiarity with AI animation tools is a valuable plus.
