This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and deliver visual content across various formats, including styleframes, cinematic motion assets, and campaign outputs.

• Generate compelling visual concepts and convert them into production-ready materials.

• Develop and implement AI-enhanced workflows for the generation of images, videos, and motion graphics.

• Produce assets for pitches, prototypes, and live events while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and production teams to execute ideas effectively.

• Play a role in establishing scalable creative production processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English for effective communication with clients and team members.

• Strong background in visual design, typography, and composition principles.

• Experience in motion design and the art of cinematic storytelling.

• High level of expertise in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.

• Capability to produce high-quality visual assets swiftly and consistently.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools in either creative or production contexts.

• Understanding of campaign strategies, social media formats, and visual coherence.

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
