Senior CPQ/CRM Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute Salesforce development across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud CPQ, employing a configuration-first strategy while utilizing custom code only when the standard platform capabilities fall short.

• Create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that facilitate the Lead to Order process, encompassing quoting, approvals, pricing-related automation, data validation, and ERP integration.

• Offer technical direction to developers and administrators by engaging in design collaboration, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and promoting Salesforce development best practices.

• Assist in overseeing the Salesforce DevOps process, which includes managing source control, branching strategy, deployment procedures, environment promotion, and release governance.

• Collaborate closely with the CPQ/CRM delivery partner to evaluate technical outputs, comprehend implementation choices, and support knowledge transfer from R1 to upcoming EXN-led releases.

• Aid in integration, testing, defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare activities across Salesforce, Revenue Cloud CPQ, ERP, MDM/PIM, and Workflow Ingestion interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses over 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including practical knowledge in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.

• Holds substantial experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud CPQ, along with a solid understanding of Lead to Order, pricing, approvals, and downstream ERP processes.

• Brings experience in Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, declarative automation, data modeling, sharing models, and metadata dependencies.

• Familiar with integration patterns such as REST APIs, platform events, middleware, and asynchronous processing.

• Experienced with Azure DevOps or similar source control and CI/CD platforms, in addition to Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX, or equivalent solutions.

• Demonstrates a quality-driven mindset, technical curiosity, and a collaborative spirit, with the capability to mentor other developers, enhance engineering practices, and take responsibility for code quality, deployment safety, and long-term maintainability.
