Senior Counsel – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to formulate and implement contracting strategies.

• Draft, assess, and negotiate strategic partnership agreements along with associated transaction documents.

• Take a leading role in providing guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract interpretation.

• Manage contract databases and monitoring systems for vendor and strategic partner relationships.

• Create legal summaries and conduct risk assessments on contract terms and critical provisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.

• 8-10 years of experience acquired either in-house or at a large law firm.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.

• Proven capability to negotiate complex agreements.

• Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or intricate deal structuring is preferred.
