Senior Counsel, Landlord/Tenant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Create a case theme that surpasses any plaintiff's appeal for sympathy or outrage.

• Reject mediocrity, the average, standard, or commonplace in all aspects.

• Manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently.

• Collaborate as part of a team across various levels of experience.

• Maintain regular communication with clients.

• Foster relationships with both existing and prospective clients of the firm.

• Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced attorneys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited institution.

• Must hold a license to practice in the State of California.

• Over 8 years of robust litigation experience, particularly in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.

• Capability to manage complete case responsibilities, including all aspects of discovery and trial.

• Preferred experience in handling insurance defense cases.

• Familiarity with time management systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to think critically and act autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• The base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Attorneys are eligible for an annual bonus based on billable hours, starting at $10,000 and increasing by $7,500 for each additional tier.
