This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Create a case theme that surpasses any plaintiff's appeal for sympathy or outrage.
β’ Reject mediocrity, the average, standard, or commonplace in all aspects.
β’ Manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently.
β’ Collaborate as part of a team across various levels of experience.
β’ Maintain regular communication with clients.
β’ Foster relationships with both existing and prospective clients of the firm.
β’ Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced attorneys.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited institution.
β’ Must hold a license to practice in the State of California.
β’ Over 8 years of robust litigation experience, particularly in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
β’ Capability to manage complete case responsibilities, including all aspects of discovery and trial.
β’ Preferred experience in handling insurance defense cases.
β’ Familiarity with time management systems.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
β’ Ability to think critically and act autonomously with minimal oversight.
β’ Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
β’ Professional appearance and demeanor.
β’ The base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
β’ Attorneys are eligible for an annual bonus based on billable hours, starting at $10,000 and increasing by $7,500 for each additional tier.
