Senior Counsel – Corporate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Legal Officer on matters related to securities law and corporate issues

• Offer legal advice for mergers & acquisitions and global strategic transactions

• Oversee overall legal affairs and ensure compliance

• Manage and support corporate secretarial duties

• Create and uphold policies to ensure compliance with securities regulations

• Assist in the management of legal services budgets

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school

• At least 7 years of legal experience

• Over 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector as in-house counsel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comprehensive understanding of laws and regulations (such as SOX, Dodd-Frank Act, etc.)
