This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage several high-value deals at once, overseeing timelines and ensuring that intricate negotiations progress smoothly from term sheet to finalization.
• Actively recognize, assess, and address legal, regulatory, and strategic risks.
• Work collaboratively with business development, finance, product, and other cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges.
• Create processes and procedures to support a rapidly expanding global enterprise.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution with impressive academic achievements.
• Licensed attorney with 10-15+ years of substantial commercial legal experience, including at least 5+ years in leading and finalizing high-value strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading, negotiating, and drafting commercial partnerships from term sheet to execution across various industries and deal structures.
• Transactional training from a prestigious law firm, with experience providing counsel on complex, high-value commercial issues.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to commercial agreements.
• Proven track record of effectively managing significant elements of complex commercial matters.
• Excels at handling multiple intricate, high-stakes projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. state or territory.
