• Assist Slice's payments and FinTech initiatives by providing guidance on payment processing agreements, money transmission issues, and financial services partnerships.

• A keen interest in negotiating intricate agreements without hindering progress.
• A genuine curiosity across various practice areas; comfortable navigating outside your primary focus.
• In-house experience at a technology firm is highly preferred — you grasp the pace, context, and what it means to be a business partner.
• Ability to operate independently and make sound judgment calls without always having senior legal counsel present.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you are precise, clear, and capable of conveying legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• A proactive mindset — you identify potential issues before they escalate and provide solutions rather than just outlining problems.
• Flexible PTO
• Market-leading medical, vision, and dental insurance
• 401K matching up to 4% in the US
• Personal development and wellness reimbursement/stipend
• Weekly pizza stipend in the US (Yes, that’s a thing!)
