Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Providing comprehensive estimates and cost planning.

• Collaborating with the design team and general contractor to develop and validate cost estimates.

• Regularly interfacing with the general contractor and client stakeholders to gather project status and update cost estimates.

• Preparing clear and concise written reviews of contractor submissions.

• Managing cost checks and conducting valuations on large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 6–7 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction sector.

• Experience in supporting complex, fast-paced construction programs with substantial site development components.

• RICS accreditation or a proactive approach towards obtaining it is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Candidates must reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
