Senior Corporate Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial loan pipeline, consistently funding more than 25 units each month.

• Evaluate borrower credit, income, and assets, compiling a comprehensive package prior to underwriting submission.

• Directly liaise with borrowers, vendors, and branch teams to resolve any outstanding documentation.

• Manage turnaround times in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs), prioritizing tasks based on projected closing dates.

• Prepare disclosures, re-disclosures, and closing checklists following the guidelines of RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Reg B, and Reg Z.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.

• Strong understanding of RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z, and other pertinent lending regulations.

• Proficient in Encompass, DU, and LP.

• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and prioritization abilities under pressure.

• Willingness to assist teammates by covering their pipelines and contributing where necessary.
