📋 Description

• Act as a senior legal advisor for Binance’s global Corporate Legal Affairs team, managing intricate strategic initiatives alongside corporate transactions, governance, reorganizations, intra-group arrangements, board secretarial duties, and entity management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction with substantial corporate legal experience.

• Typically possesses 8+ years of post-qualification experience (as a reference) from a prestigious law firm and/or in-house experience at a well-regarded corporate or high-growth organization.

• Ideally trained at a reputable law firm specializing in corporate practice, emphasizing corporate transactional work and general corporate governance.

• Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing complex projects across various jurisdictions worldwide.

• Holds strong legal technical skills along with outstanding business acumen and interpersonal abilities.

• Must thrive in a dynamic in-house setting.

• A strong collaborator with keen business insight.

• Proactive in managing complex projects independently while still being a team player.

• Capable of devising and implementing innovative solutions to address current and changing business requirements.

• Exceptional skills in legal drafting and interpretation.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
