Senior Corporate Finance Analyst – M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage multi-party M&A transactions

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to lead engagements

• Provide high-quality financial analysis

• Create teasers, information memoranda, and other relevant deal materials

• Assist in evaluating offers and managing transaction processes

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models

• Perform valuations and assist with due diligence processes

• Contribute to business development initiatives

• Coordinate with external advisors, including legal, tax, and other partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent, such as SAICA)

• Background in corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services

• Excellent financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to juggle deadlines and manage multiple workstreams

• Entrepreneurial mindset and adept at functioning in a lean, high-growth setting

• Experience in marketing services or technology sectors is advantageous, but not mandatory
