This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Conduct reconciliations of Bank Statements within Workday and collaborate with relevant team members to address any un-reconciled transactions.
• Investigate and record necessary ad-hoc journal entries for unique or intricate bank transactions, such as intercompany transfers, purchase accounting payments, and expense allocations.
• Analyze balances in Datasite’s various Cash Clearing accounts and make manual journal entries as required.
• Prepare reconciliations related to cash accounts and supporting schedules as part of the monthly closing process at Datasite.
• Generate monthly account analyses that include explanations for significant variances.
• Assist during external audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Over 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficient understanding of US GAAP and/or local statutory regulations.
• Advanced skills in Excel are advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and effectively communicate across different cultures and departments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical approach.
• High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
• A self-starter capable of working independently and across various time zones.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in a global company is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday (or a similar ERP system) is advantageous.
