This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Lead the marketing and sales efforts for Medtronic’s coronary product line, which includes stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging technologies, and CathWorks, within the designated territory.
• Offer technical and clinical guidance in the cath lab during coronary procedures and physiological evaluations, including support for intricate cases.
• Provide advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Establish, sustain, and utilize relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and high-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to formulate pricing strategies, assist in contract negotiations, and promote system-wide adoption.
• Create and implement comprehensive territory and account plans that cater to clinical, economic, and competitive factors.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Travel frequently to hospitals and off-site meetings, which may necessitate overnight stays.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with over 8 years of relevant experience*, or an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience*, or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience*
• *Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Experience in supporting cath labs and collaborating with interventional cardiologists on complex coronary procedures.
• Capability to establish credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders by providing data-driven, customer-oriented solutions.
• Strong skills in territory/business planning, including managing competing priorities, anticipating market changes, and implementing long-term strategies with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical settings, offering composed procedural leadership.
