Senior Copywriting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Craft compelling, brand-aligned copy across multiple channels, including digital platforms, eCommerce (PDPs), social media, email, and marketing campaigns.

• Convert brand strategy, product positioning, and consumer insights into captivating messaging and narratives.

• Develop and enhance content for product introductions, campaigns, and ongoing brand efforts.

• Ensure uniformity in tone, voice, and messaging across all consumer interactions.

• Review, edit, and proofread content to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand and regulatory standards.

• Maintain exceptional standards for grammar, style, and consistency in messaging.

• Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements (as necessary).

• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Brand Marketing, eCommerce, and Regulatory teams to align messaging and deliverables.

• Engage in the development of creative briefs and project initiations.

• Work with external agencies and freelancers as needed to scale content production.

• Assist in the creation of content strategies that enhance brand positioning and consumer engagement.

• Utilize data, insights, and performance metrics to refine copy and enhance messaging effectiveness.

• Stay updated on content best practices, digital trends, and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related marketing position is desired.

• Experience in CPG, eCommerce, or an agency setting is preferred.

• Direct-to-consumer experience is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, and content review platforms is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
