Copywriting Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create compelling copy for banners, carousels, short videos/UGC scripts, landing pages, emails/WhatsApp, and ad extensions.

• Develop angle → message → variation sets to facilitate rapid testing and iteration.

• Ensure that copy aligns with the brand, is tailored to the platform, and is concise with impactful CTAs.

• Collaborate with designers to synchronize copy with visuals, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback.

• Maintain trackers, file naming conventions, and deadlines to ensure reliable delivery.

• Lead or participate in weekly client calls: capture briefs, present concepts, and align on subsequent steps.

• Convert business requirements into clear copy tasks and timelines.

• Manage feedback cycles: share minutes of meetings, consolidate changes, and secure approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in performance ad writing; agency experience is preferred.

• A portfolio demonstrating sharp hooks, benefit-driven copy, and an understanding of platform nuances (e.g., Meta primary vs. headline, YouTube hooks, Amazon tone).

• Exceptional grammar skills, ability to be concise, and proficiency in quick iteration based on feedback.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with design and performance teams.
