Senior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the conceptual development and presentation initiatives by crafting and guiding visually compelling concepts and content.

• Oversee the formulation of client-approved messages and themes that excel across different mediums, formats, and campaign types.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with key client contacts, becoming well-versed in brand culture, products, preferences, and expectations.

• Lead discussions with clients centered around the development of campaign messaging and assets.

• Foster a constructive relationship with Design, Motion, and Production teams, ensuring that concepts align with the requirements of all departments.

• Uphold and promote internal awareness of industry design trends and standards, including pertinent cultural and digital news.

• Facilitate the creative process by offering detailed direction, feedback, and constructive criticism to design and motion personnel.

• Encourage a positive creative culture through collaboration, leading by example.

• Occasionally participate in on-site content shoots (may require travel 1-2 times per year).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of copywriting experience collaborating directly with clients to create successful advertising campaigns and branded materials.

• Strong writing and conceptual abilities with proficiency in presenting ideas to clients.

• Experience working in tandem with an Art Director partner to deliver a diverse array of approaches to any brief.

• An impressive portfolio showcasing a variety of work across multiple deliverable types (social, digital, video, integrated campaigns).

• Willingness to travel for on-site support during occasional video shoots (less than 10% of annual workload, likely requiring overnight stays).
