Senior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead a social-first copy strategy for U.S. skincare and beauty brands by developing culture-driven ideas and campaigns that ignite conversation.

• Create and oversee strategic content calendars, establishing pillars, formats, hooks, and messaging tailored to each platform.

• Craft and modify bilingual copy (English/Spanish) across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity of brand voice.

• Monitor trends and platform behaviors (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) to suggest timely and relevant content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of copywriting experience in creative or digital agencies.

• Expertise in social-first copy (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), with proficient platform-native writing skills.

• Extensive understanding of digital platforms and best practices (formats, hooks, engagement drivers, community language).

• Experience with beauty and skincare accounts, possessing insight into category trends and consumer behaviors.

• Fluency in trends and culture, particularly regarding what influences culture in the U.S.

• Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) with strong grammar, tone adaptation, and cultural sensitivity.

• Capability to conceptualize campaigns and convert strategy into impactful content ideas.

• Strong abilities to develop strategic content calendars and ensure consistency across brands and platforms.
