This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review, modify, and negotiate agreements for the entire corporate group, encompassing NDAs, Master Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Sales Partnership Agreements.
• Maintain and enhance the current contract playbook and template agreements.
• Offer consultation and support to internal stakeholders throughout the contract negotiation process.
• Uphold existing Contract Management practices and procedures while continuously improving documentation and processes.
• Provide ongoing education and assistance to the Sales team and other internal departments regarding contracting procedures, best practices, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Take charge of the administration and management of Conga Contracts and devise strategies for implementing additional functionalities and workflows.
• Oversee the procurement workflow.
• Develop metrics and reporting systems to assess contracting timelines, aiming to enhance turnaround times while providing the organization with visibility into key contractual matters and terms.
• Counsel and assist leadership on various issues that require legal research, advice, or the involvement of outside counsel.
• Mentor and manage other contracts management personnel, as appropriate.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management within a corporate environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with International Contracts is mandatory.
• Extensive background in SaaS agreements and/or experience working for a SaaS provider is essential.
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating all types of agreements, particularly complex or strategic contracts.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to clearly articulate and explain intricate concepts and contractual terms.
• Strong technical proficiency.
• Familiarity with US Federal Government contracting, including a solid understanding of FARS, DFARS, and Multi-Award Schedules.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices.
• Significant experience utilizing Contracts Management software and databases; experience with Conga Contracts is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Legal Studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications from NCMA or a paralegal certification are advantageous.
