This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea, +1 more state.
• Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements such as confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, site budgets, and additional documents.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team to support deliverables that align with project timelines and expectations.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements/amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
• Lead communications with North American and European internal study teams, sites, and sponsors regarding agreements.
• Address contractual issues with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Keep study team members and sponsors updated on the status of contract negotiation and execution.
• Oversee the execution of agreements.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of emails and documents.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contract management, ideally within a clinical research or related industry environment.
• Three years of pertinent experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Proficient in managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
• Preferred experience in contract research, life sciences, biotech, or the pharmaceutical industry.
