Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analysis of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Keep precise and organized contract records, monitoring important milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Aid in the creation and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues and assist others in the field of contract management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, with the skill to interpret complex contractual clauses and identify potential issues or opportunities.

• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
