This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with Crux’s capital solutions teams to cultivate in-depth audience knowledge and steer the content strategy for capital providers (such as corporate finance teams, financial institutions, private credit funds, and tax advisors).
• Produce engaging content across various formats—including case studies, newsletters, blog entries, sales one-pagers, infographics, whitepapers, and videos—specifically designed for an audience of capital providers.
• Implement content strategies that enhance SEO and AEO performance, driving desired actions through sales and partnership channels.
• Create sales enablement materials that assist commercial teams in engaging and converting sophisticated finance and investment audiences.
• Actively explore AI tools throughout content workflows and contribute to the team’s collective understanding of AI application.
• Assist in shaping a long-term content calendar that aligns with business objectives while managing changing priorities.
• Collaborate with design teams to create videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets for distribution across various channels.
• Maintain consistency with key messaging and brand guidelines across all content types, upholding Crux’s high-quality standards.
• 4–6 years of experience in content creation, communications, and/or marketing within corporate finance, fintech, or clean energy project finance.
• Proficiency in the language of institutional finance, including tax credits, tax equity, structured debt, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Outstanding writing abilities to present complex financial and technical subjects in an accessible and engaging manner across a variety of formats, from executive thought leadership to SEO blog posts to sales materials.
• A genuine interest in AI, complemented by a history of experimenting with tools to enhance your work.
• Strong organizational capabilities to effectively execute content while juggling competing priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and strong instincts regarding written and visual communication.
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work autonomously across cross-functional teams.
• We fully cover 100% of premiums for employees with various plans available through Aetna (nationwide) and Kaiser (WA and California) and subsidize 70% for dependents (total as a group), if applicable.
