β’ Oversee the comprehensive content strategy for Begin's content ecosystem.
β’ Perform audience research, intent mapping, keyword modeling, topic clustering, and content gap analysis.
β’ Develop editorial roadmaps that are in line with parental needs, business priorities, and emerging search opportunities.
β’ Create scalable content frameworks that foster expertise, trust, and authority.
β’ Design and implement a holistic content discovery strategy that encompasses SEO, AEO, and AI-driven search experiences.
β’ Determine how parents search for information across platforms like Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other new discovery channels.
β’ Establish content programs that enhance visibility in both traditional search results and AI-generated answers.
β’ Construct content structures that are optimized for both human audiences and AI retrieval systems.
β’ Innovate content formats that boost discoverability in answer engines and generative search experiences.
β’ Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert educational expertise into easily discoverable content assets.
β’ Test AI-assisted content workflows that enhance speed, quality, and scale.
β’ Evaluate search behavior, audience needs, and content performance to uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Transform consumer insights into content strategies addressing high-intent parenting queries and decision-making moments.
β’ Keep track of competitive landscapes and evolving discovery trends.
β’ Work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Learning, and Engineering teams.
β’ Promote content-first thinking across the organization.
β’ Align content investments with goals for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
β’ Manage content performance reporting covering traffic, engagement, conversions, rankings, and AI discovery visibility.
β’ Set up measurement frameworks that link content impact to business results.
β’ Continually refine content portfolios based on audience behavior and performance data.
β’ 6β9 years of experience in content strategy, organic growth, SEO, or search-driven content marketing, demonstrating measurable business impact.
β’ Proven track record in developing scalable content strategies that enhance organic visibility, engagement, and acquisition.
β’ Solid expertise in content strategy, audience insights, search intent, topic clustering, and editorial planning.
β’ Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and GA4.
β’ Experience in optimizing content for AI-driven discovery, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and emerging search experiences.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert performance data into actionable content strategies.
β’ Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and subject matter experts.
β’ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
