Senior Content, Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our editorial presence on the website, in newsletters, and across social media channels, ensuring that all content aligns with our quality standards and brand identity.

• You will elevate our social media strategy by focusing on personal branding, creating opinion-driven content, and fostering community engagement through networking and collaborations with influencers. Additionally, you will script video content and manage production in collaboration with agencies, producers, freelancers, or utilizing AI video tools.

• You will manage our website using the CMS (Hygraph) and ensure that the content effectively resonates with and captivates our target audience.

• You will act as a collaborative partner with Product Marketing and SEO/GEO teams, producing case studies that showcase our customers' success, from initial interviews to the final narrative.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of practical experience in content marketing, copywriting, social media marketing, or editorial roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment or involving complex/technical products.

• You have exceptional German writing skills, with native-level fluency required, as our customer base is located in the DACH region.

• You have demonstrable experience in copywriting and managing social media initiatives.

• You utilize AI tools on a daily basis and know how to harness LLMs to enhance output while avoiding generic results.

• You are skilled in working with CMS platforms (such as Hygraph, Contentful, Webflow, or similar) and can independently publish content.

• You have experience in managing external content or design agencies.

• You exhibit project management skills, work in a structured and independent manner, and actively contribute ideas.
