Senior Content Operations Manager – Market & Financial Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete content operations for market-related content, utilizing all associated materials to enhance user experience and boost user conversion.

• Keep a close watch on financial markets and crypto trends in real time, translating market shifts into timely, accurate, and engaging content.

• Lead content projects across various stakeholders (Academy, square, news) from initial brief to launch, ensuring tight timelines and high quality.

• Establish and maintain a content feedback loop utilizing data: monitor engagement metrics, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly.

• Effectively use AI tools to scale content production — from ideation and drafting to localization and personalization.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define content-related product features and enhancements.

• Create content strategies that align with user lifecycle stages — onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of content operations experience, with a solid background in financial/investment platforms (e.g., 大智慧, 雪球, 小红书金融, Futu/富途, or similar).

• Authentic market sensitivity — you stay updated on macro trends, understand trading behaviors, and can communicate effectively with investors.

• Demonstrated project management abilities: you have led cross-functional projects, managed various stakeholders, and know how to produce a concise retrospective.

• Strong instincts in user operations: you consider user segmentation, lifecycle moments, and how content influences behavior.

• Proficient in data analysis: comfortable extracting and interpreting data.

• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be advantageous.

• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance content workflows and quality.
