Senior Content Designer, Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the money movement team within our Cash product.

• Streamline complexities and create clear, enjoyable experiences for clients.

• Enhance money movement experiences for our customers.

• Integrate Cash with the wider Wealthfront ecosystem to establish a cohesive financial home.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, product management, research, data science, legal, and compliance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of content design experience within a consumer software company, with experience in developing financial technology products considered an advantage.

• A portfolio that showcases how effective communication influences product experiences, featuring a variety of content and writing skills for product interfaces such as screens, notifications, microcopy, emails, FAQs, style guides, and patterns.

• A proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects across different teams, adept at navigating uncertainty, and swiftly adapting content strategies within defined limits. Ability to impact user experience beyond the scope of content alone.

• A team player with experience collaborating across disciplines and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders (such as product managers, product designers, and engineers).

• Develop and implement content design strategies for your team's products and features.

• Familiarity with UX design principles and best practices for both mobile and web platforms. Attention to detail and a passion for the intricacies of language.

• Highly curious and enthusiastic about fintech.
