This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Delivering roadside assistance in a safe, professional, and timely manner
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints
• Handling inquiries received via phone
• Recognizing customer needs and guiding them through specific features
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
• Supporting the training of new employees as requested by management
• Updating our internal databases with information regarding technical issues and valuable discussions with customers
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities
• Following up with customers to confirm their technical issues have been resolved
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or in a similar Customer Service Representative (CSR) position (preferred)
• Native-level German or at least C1 proficiency (required)
• Proficient in English (required)
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule (required)
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (considered a plus)
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
• Strong understanding of CRM systems
