This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee 145 leads each month alongside any prior workload awaiting sale.
• Interact with numerous customers through phone and email on a daily basis.
• Accountable for achieving specified sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Keep a well-organized and structured sales pipeline.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve your skill set.
• Regularly meet with your Supervisor to review metrics and performance.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and Teams Chats.
• Required to rotate Saturday shifts, with one day off that week as compensation.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior Outbound Sales Experience is mandatory.
• Previous success in managing a Pipeline is essential.
• Capable of effectively handling multiple leads and customers simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills are a must.
• Self-driven and motivated individual.
• Approachable and able to establish rapport with our customers.
• Natural talent for building a loyal clientele.
• Knowledge of Assumptive Close techniques and ability to confidently convert leads into deposits.
• Must be able to make at least 145 Outbound calls and emails monthly.
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with systems like Siebel, Ring Central, Microsoft Dynamics, and Excel is desirable.
• The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with six months to one year of relevant experience in outbound sales and the travel industry, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
