This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls on behalf of our business clients.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Accurately take and relay clear messages to clients in real time.
• Schedule appointments and offer general client support as per client instructions.
• Carefully and consistently follow client-specific call-handling procedures.
• Provide a warm, efficient, and courteous experience with every call.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong empathy, active listening skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and the ability to type accurately during calls.
• Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace to ensure a professional environment.
• Dependability with consistent attendance is crucial in a 24/7 operation.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
