This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Accurately identify the root causes of client challenges, even when information is vague.
• Suggest thoughtful, customized solutions, occasionally enhancing standard practices.
• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions with creative ideas.
• Spearhead the creation of interview guides and research frameworks.
• Gather, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data in accordance with project hypotheses.
• Produce clear, error-free documentation in notes, deliverables, and spreadsheets.
• Recognize and manage suitable vendors and escalate research requirements as necessary.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover "hidden" insights and their implications.
• Contribute to unconventional project methodologies with strong analytical rigor.
• Clearly communicate methodologies and teach data skills to colleagues.
• Generate well-supported, actionable recommendations for clients with clear "so what" messaging.
• Ensure deliverables are polished, structured, and follow best practices in communication (clarity, coherence, control, credibility).
• Demonstrate an understanding of macro and micro trends within key industries.
• Independently apply and refine FV’s methodologies and propose enhancements.
• Lead segments of project check-ins, communicate proactively, and identify changes in scope.
• Deliver content independently via phone and assist in in-person workshops.
• Prepare and customize high-quality materials for senior clients with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate on compelling proposals that align with client needs and business value.
• Translate problem diagnoses into effective proposal narratives and vendor recommendations.
• Oversee project timelines and anticipate potential planning risks.
• Practice effective upward management and escalate issues appropriately with solutions.
• Identify team inefficiencies and contribute to enhancements.
• Lead or organize team training sessions and support team development objectives.
• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and motivating team culture.
• Promote accountability, engagement norms, and team cohesion.
• Over 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or market research.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Academic coursework in business, international relations, economics, or statistics.
• Proficiency in additional languages apart from English.
• A rigorous analytical mindset with strong quantitative experience.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the opportunities involved in business growth.
• A self-starter with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a challenging environment with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues who are remote or in different time zones.
