
Senior Consultant – Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate value through impactful client engagements, data analytics, insights, and active involvement in the Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives.
• Assist in organizing forums for sharing best practices, including site evaluations, member gatherings, educational workshops, and Premier platforms.
• Gather data, perform or supervise analyses, interpret outcomes, and prepare both verbal and graphical presentations.
• Conduct quality assurance on collaborative deliverables assigned to you.
• Provide content and share best practices with collaborative members.
• Assess member needs through conversations and analytical techniques.
• Summarize analytical results and formulate precise conclusions.
• Draft recommendations and potential solutions for the review of collaborative leadership.
• Implement project plans in alignment with collaborative contracts and member satisfaction targets.
• Create presentations and deliverables that communicate areas for improvement and outcomes.
• Engage in project management activities for the designated work stream.
• Identify and address risks and issues in collaboration with the project leadership team.
• Familiarize yourself with Premier-based technologies and services.
• Spot market opportunities and relay potential leads to management.
• Contribute to thought leadership through various media, including blogs, posters, and presentations at industry events.
• Seek out opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Complete mandatory annual training.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Background in health systems finance, clinical/support/operations, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision support analytics.
• Experience in analyzing complex healthcare data sets and creating visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Experience in developing new methodologies and applying strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver impactful verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
• Capability to conduct analyses and oversee or mentor others in delivering client results.
• Skill in relating effectively and collaboratively to clients and team members.
• Proven ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of lean process improvement; experience as a Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is preferred.
• Adaptability to quickly change priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Competence in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and electronically.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in close environments with peers and manage various interruptions.
