This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate customer needs and assist in the design and architecture of solutions for trial sponsors or contract research organizations (CRO) within Vault Clinical (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments, etc.)
• Critically analyze business requirements to provide guidance and create solutions that promote customer success, ensuring that processes align with system design and functionality.
• Collaborate with customers and participate in system design initiatives (e.g., requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training).
• Resolve issues and implement configuration modifications within the system.
• Establish the customer’s business deployment strategies, key performance indicators, and governance post-launch.
• Serve as a liaison for customers, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.
• Advise customers on best practices for adopting Vault and industry standards as part of post-implementation initiatives aimed at the overall success of the customer.
• Lead change management efforts for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
• Provide mentorship to project team members and junior consultants.
• 8+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, or managing core business and IT operations-related technology solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Clinical Operations processes, including ICH-GCP guidelines, study document development, Data Management Plan, feasibility and site selection, qualification and initiation processes, patient recruitment, site monitoring, close-out visits, and study archival procedures.
• Demonstrated success in leading implementation and/or maintenance efforts as a consultant, business analyst, IT lead, or business sponsor.
• Strong experience in guiding teams through difficult decisions and negotiating compromises.
• Background in a consulting and/or customer-facing role with a focus on managing customer expectations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, understanding and translating business requirements into corresponding solution designs.
