This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Strategize and oversee clinical projects, including establishing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
• Organize study initiation activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
• Monitor project progress, recognize potential risks, and deliver regular updates to leadership, sponsors, and teams.
• Manage project resources, encompassing staffing, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Supervise financial components such as budgeting, forecasting, billing, and changes in scope.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH/FDA), and quality standards.
• Communicate updates to protocols and ensure alignment among all teams.
• Coordinate data collection efforts with internal teams, sites, and external collaborators.
• Lead and mentor project teams by establishing expectations, offering training, and enhancing performance.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including client meetings and presentations.
• Assist in project close-out processes, ensuring all deliverables are finalized.
• Where applicable, oversee team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and support in hiring.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve team efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Experience in clinical research or clinical development, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
• Background in project coordination or management of clinical trials.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Financial acumen, including fundamental knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in standard business and project management applications (e.g., Excel, Project).
• A proactive, goal-driven attitude with a professional and optimistic demeanor.
• Experience in medical imaging is a plus.
