Manager, Clinical Operations – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee performance through active collaboration with project and functional leadership.

• Offer consultation, facilitate the collection of metrics, and formulate action plans.

• Manage and coordinate team activities, ensuring adequate staffing resources.

• Generate precise resourcing plans.

• Act as a continuous liaison with the Project Team, Sponsor, and management regarding the performance of direct reports.

• Ensure that direct reports achieve departmental and project productivity as well as quality metrics.

• Strive to meet and surpass client expectations by recruiting, retaining, and nurturing a talented team.

• Engage in formal staff review processes.

• Uphold an agreed level of productivity/billability and manage staff turnover effectively.

• Complete regular administrative tasks promptly.

• Foster a positive, results-driven work environment.

• Exhibit leadership within the department, function, or location.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in monitoring/data management or equivalent experience in clinical research.

• Strong comprehension and knowledge of the clinical trials environment.

• A degree in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related field is preferred, or an equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical experience.
