This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) with daily project administration throughout study initiation, execution, and closure activities.
• Create, review, and refine project documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Analyze, comprehend, and implement clinical protocols and imaging requirements into project activities.
• Participate in project meetings, client discussions, and internal training sessions.
• Act as a bridge among cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of study deliverables.
• Oversee internal data flow to confirm that tasks are completed within set timelines.
• Monitor outstanding items such as missing data, queries, or incomplete documentation, and pursue resolution.
• Provide project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Support logistical tasks, including the distribution, tracking, and management of materials for site-facing purposes.
• Aid in finance-related activities such as documentation for scope changes, database updates, invoice reconciliation follow-ups, and forecasting reports.
• Generate, review, and disseminate internal and external project reports.
• Serve as the acting Project Manager during temporary absences of the CPM, as needed.
• Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research is preferred.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred exposure to healthcare, medical imaging, or clinical research.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
