Senior Consultant, Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to grasp business requirements, design and configure products, and automate optimized workflows.

• Manage time effectively to deliver essential components and enhance client satisfaction.

• Prepare plans for system and data transitions, completing migrations that involve historical data take-on.

• Carry out implementation tasks and maintain communication regarding project status with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead hands-on training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during go-live events.

• Develop tailored reports, conversion tools, and system integration mappings.

• Provide top-notch consulting services as part of implementation projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team, with the flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is mandatory.

• Over 9 years of client experience in the financial services sector is essential.

• Proficiency in relational databases and Windows server environments, along with experience in learning new technical tools.

• SQL skills are necessary—comfortable creating complex queries to extract data and executing statements to modify database tables when needed.

• Familiarity with general ledger is required.

• Working knowledge of Advent’s Geneva or expertise with similar applications is necessary.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Capability to effectively manage time to enhance productivity.

• Ability to quickly learn and work independently by sourcing information from various channels to gain the knowledge necessary for completing assigned tasks.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-directed and able to work autonomously.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
